Vigneti Cenci - "Zero" Pas Dosé DOCG Franciacorta, 0.75l

Made with 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Bianco grapes, aged on the lees for at least 36 months and topped up with the second fermentation blend. A young, vibrant wine with hints of bread and white-fleshed fruit. Sweeter tones come through occasionally, a prelude to the finish it builds to.

A Pas Dosé with a white varietal character; a fresh wine with impressive grip, building to a sharply focused finish: beautifully refreshing, with citrus notes of grapefruit and cedar.

The signature features on the palate are the acidic backbone and tangy minerality. A linear, no-frills Franciacorta; a wine of substance, with the naked flavour of the wine bases coming through nicely. Ideal for an aperitif, or simply on its own, it will appeal to lovers of ultra-dry wines.
