Tantalising bouquet, intensely seductive on the nose thanks to the blackberry, redcurrant, cherry and morello notes; crisp, fleshy, fruity on the palate. Despite the rather weighty appearance, this is a light, fresh, pleasingly subtle, linear wine. Refreshing as it is, La Capinera Rosé Brut is perfect for enjoying at any time of the day. Try it with Catalan-style prawns, or with a dish of plain, chilled raspberries as a snack. A blend of sweet pastry notes with toasted and dark mineral notes, opening up to the fruit. Full-flavoured, yet integrated, with a lightly tart finish.
