Varietal truth, purity of aromatics and depth are the elements that characterise the Vajra Langhe DOC Nebbiolo. The grapes are picked in mid-October from young estate vineyards surrounding the winery, approximately 10 to 25 years old. Gentle and long maceration is applied to retain lift and energy to this wine. Aged for an average of 8 to 14 months prior to bottling, aging is carried out in stainless-steel vats with a minor contribution of neutral oak.
It displays a bright ruby red color. Perfumes are vibrant, with a floral bouquet of rose petals, violets and fresh berries, hints of dark fruit, lavender and mint. Elegant and complex on the palate with layers of crunchy red fruits, orange peel, sweet spices with earthy and mineral undertones.
