The Pedemontis Djun Nebbiolo d’Alba DOC is crafted from Nebbiolo, one of the most historic grape varieties of Piedmont and the foundation of some of Italy’s most celebrated wines such as Barolo and Barbaresco.

The grapes come from south-east facing vineyards in the Roero hills and are harvested by hand. Fermentation takes place with native yeasts, followed by ageing partly in oak tonneaux, adding elegance and depth to the wine.

The wine shows a clear garnet colour with a fragrant bouquet of raspberry, wild strawberry and geranium, complemented by subtle spicy notes of cinnamon and vanilla.
