The Pedemontis Brojun Roero DOCG is an elegant premium red wine from Piedmont, made from Nebbiolo grown in the historic Roero hills. The name “Brojun” refers to the young buds that appear on the vine in spring, symbolising renewal and vitality.

Hand-harvested grapes undergo gentle fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by extended ageing in oak tonneaux for 18 months and further maturation in bottle.
