The Pedemontis Arajs Roero Arneis DOCG represents one of the most iconic white wines of Piedmont, crafted from the historic Arneis grape variety cultivated in the Roero hills since the 15th century. Today it is widely recognised as the quintessential quality white wine of Piedmont.

The grapes are hand-harvested from south-west facing vineyards and undergo gentle vinification with a short cryomaceration before fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged on its lees with periodic bâtonnage, enhancing complexity and texture.
