Perfect for any moment of the day, slightly crunchy and even better with the addition of a touch of good butter. It is the classic cantuccio, but not the classic cantuccio.

The nook with almond represents the tradition in Tuscany and is the first that has crossed the Italian border following the way of the tissues. Fratelli allowed themselves to revisit the recipe by adding butter, wanting to get a crumbly biscuit, which could be enjoyed at any time of day, without having to be softened with vin santo, coming out of this strong limitation.
