unroasted Criollo cocoa bean paste*, concentrated coconut flower sap*, cocoa butter from unroasted beans*, Criollo cocoa nibs from unroasted beans* (5%), Himalayan pink salt (1 .5%) * from organic source May contain almonds, hazelnuts and walnuts.

It is in this bar that the aromatic character of the Peruvian cocoa that Cacao Crudo uses is beautifully expressed in many nuances. The nectar of the coconut flowers enhances its delicacy, while the pink Himalayan salt highlights its intensity and the cocoa nibs strengthen the flavour by giving it a delicate crunchiness. The result is a very pleasant explosion of bitter and sweet. Advisory: it can be addictive.
