Finocchietto is a liqueur that contains the aromatic essence of wild fennel, embellished with the flowering tops harvested at the height of their splendour in the month of August. These blooms, which arise spontaneously among the paths and lava rocks of Mount Epomeo, are known for their penetrating aroma and their ability to evoke the wild and uncontaminated landscape of the island.

The colour of the liqueur is a light green, like delicate wild fennel shoots, and promises a taste that is both fresh and slightly sweet, with a lively aftertaste that refreshes the palate.
