San Marzano, Salento, Puglia. Vines are grown at an altitude of around 100 meters above sea level. The soil is clayey and not very deep, with a good presence of rocks. M edium/high temperature in summer, with good evapotranspiration.
Intense ruby red colour, wide and complex to the nose, fruity, with a prune and cherry jam aroma, with notes of tobacco, slightly spicy. A full-bodied wine, soft and rich in !ne tannins, with notes of cocoa, coffee and vanilla in the end.
Red meat, game, savoury first courses. Meditation wine.
To be served at 18°C.
