Fonderia del Cacao is located on the fringes of Firenze in Tuscany. The company has elected Ecuador as a country of attention for the development of the selection of origin. The great climate of this wonderful country has meant that the same tree line of Cacao Fino de Aroma evolved over the years, acquiring completely different shades and aromas. Cacao Fino de Aroma is defined as the world's rarest cocoa because it comes from the union of two very particular types of cocoa, Trinitario and Criollo.
