"Felice Garibaldi" extra-virgin olive oil is made from olives harvested from the estates of the Azienda Agricola De Carlo. It is a monovarietal oil, made from 100% Ogliarola (Cima di Bitonto) olives, a historic variety from the Conca Barese, harvested straight from the tree and processed within 12 hours in the company olive press.

It is ideal on raw, roasted or steamed fish, crustaceans and molluscs, appetizers, meat or fish carpaccio and boiled vegetables.
