"Felice Garibaldi" extra-virgin olive oil is made from olives harvested from the estates of the Azienda Agricola De Carlo. It is a monovarietal oil, made from 100% Ogliarola (Cima di Bitonto) olives, a historic variety from the Conca Barese, harvested straight from the tree and processed within 12 hours in the company olive press.
Aroma: Hints of meadow grass and green tomato, dominated by the aroma of olives. It's flavour is soft balanced, dharacterised by touches of fresh grass and an aftertaste of green almonds, it stimulates the taste buds with its subtle yet lively hints of pepper.
"Felice Garibaldi" is an oil with a subtle flavour, ideally used raw to enhance the taste and aroma of any dish. It is perfect on raw fish, boiled or baked, crustacean and shellfish antipasti, delicate first dishes, carpacci, boiled vegetables.
